Preferred Vol: 2.0 mL

Note: Gold preferred. Note date & time of collection; draw peak level 0.5 hr post end of 0.5 hr infusion or 1 hr post injection. Draw trough level 30 min before dose. Note if specimen is peak, trough or random.
