Container(s): Lavender/EDTA, Lavender/EDTA Microtainer

Preferred Vol: 1 mL

Minimum Vol:  0.5 mL

 

Note: Draw 30 minutes to 1 hour before next dose. Specimen must be received in the lab by 10:00 for same day results. If patient is receiving IV cyclo, the lab sample must be drawn off a separate line or from a peripheral source. Assay can also be performed on dried blood spots, but order must be placed for Cyclosporine Level Blood Spot.
