Specimen: Whole blood

Container(s): Gold SST, Red

Preferred Vol: 5 mL

Minimum Vol: 5 mL

 

Note: No microtainer collection. Hepatitis B Surface Antibody requires Gold SST or Red. Heparin or EDTA plasma is acceptable for all the other components.

Storage location: CPA refrigerator, FrigD rack. 2mL serum should be removed from separator for storage.
