If patient is < 1 month: defaults to Testosterone MS--refrigerate in CPA refrigerator, Send Outs rack; store remaining labels in the clear box attached to CPA refrigerator.

 

Off-site collection: On requisition, specify age and sex of patient. Spin blood. Transfer serum to plastic aliquot container. Refrigerate.
