Preferred Vol: 7 mL

Minimum Vol: 3 mL

 

Note: Do not draw into serum separator tubes.  Do not refrigerate or place on ice.  Deliver sample to lab along with BWNW Immunogenetics Requisition.  Fill out entire form as completely as possible.  Deliver to lab promptly; sample must be received by Bloodworks Northwest within 48 hours of blood draw.  If sample delivery is delayed, call BloodworksNW Immunogenetics Lab to confirm specimen acceptability.
