Specimen: Whole blood

Container(s): Gold SST or Red or Gold Microtainer

Preferred Vol: 4.0 mL

Minimum Vol: 1.6 mL (1 Full Gold Microtainer is acceptable for Pediatric)

 

Note: The Laboratory MUST receive and process specimen, within 3 hrs of blood collection.
