Sample Requirements
Phlebotomists: Do not collect blood for these tests.
Notify ordering provider that this test is no longer available at Seattle Children's and we do not send this test out to other reference laboratories. Our Laboratory Stewardship Team has determined that there is no proven, evidence-based clinical utility for the following tests.
If a provider wishes to discuss testing options further, a clinical pathologist or doctoral level consultant can be reached through Lab Client Services, or at clinicallabfaculty@seattlechildrens.org.
