Individual allergen orders provide a different result than the kit panels. Refer the family to LabCorp/Dynacare to have blood drawn for the allergen kit/panel. Children's requires an order for individual allergens from the physician, if the family wishes for Children's to draw the blood then a new order must be faxed.
