Storage location: Use the Stanford Histocompatability req. (8½ x 11), to be completed by Send-outs. Fill out as completely as possible, note C1Q in the comments. Place a large Cerner label in the top right corner. Put it and extra labels in the send outs box on the CPA fridge.

Send the patient and donor HLA type along with requisition, ambient via FedEx.
Note: They often call with verbal results. You can call the Ref Lab Consultant who is on-call to deliver these results.
