Preferred Vol: 1.0 mL
Minimum Vol: 0.5 mL
Note: Gold preferred. Note on the requisition whether the specimen is peak, trough, or random. Draw peak level ½ hour after the end of a ½ hour infusion or 1 hour post IM injection. Draw trough level ½ hour before the next dose. Only Random level is available STAT.
