Note: This test provides a preliminary analytical result that should not be used for legal purposes. A confirmed analytical result can be obtained by more specific testing such as gas chromatography/mass spectrometry at an additional charge. Samples needing confirmation will be sent to Harborview. Clinical judgment should be applied to any drug of abuse test result, particularly when preliminary positive results are used. A negative result does not exclude the presence of a particular drug due to different sensitivity of each drug. Contact SCH Lab to arrange for confirmation test. If urine is frozen, it may only be thawed once prior to testing.
