Specimen: Sweat
Container(s): 0.2 mL microcentrifuge tube
Preferred Vol: 0.25 mL
Minimum Vol: 0.25 mL
Two samples are preferred from 2 different collection sites (ie. left and right arm). Sweat samples from different collection sites cannot be combined. Both samples will be ordered under one accession number; one value reported.
Note: This test is for chloride testing on sweat collected offsite only. Contact Chemistry Lab for more information (206) 987-3860. Please use the procedure start time as the time of collection during test order entry.
