Description
This assay is used in the detection and quantitation of autoantibodies to aid in the diagnosis of autoimmune disease, typically in evaluating patients with signs and symptoms consistent with systemic lupus erythematosis (SLE) and in monitoring patients with documented SLE for flares in disease activity.
