Deliver whole blood to lab along with BWNW Immunogenetics/HLA Laboratory Requisition. Fill out entire requisition as completely as possible. Document date of collection on specimen label and requisition. Information on the label and requisition must match exactly. Routine samples are accepted 7 days/week.
