Note: Test must be scheduled. Please call BWNW at (206) 689-6543 for additional information and scheduling. Draw Monday - Thursday at any time. Samples must be drawn before 07:00 am on Fridays and cannot be drawn on weekends. A BWNW Platelet Immunology Laboratory RFT must be completed and accompany specimens to lab. Send tubes to lab immediately. These samples must reach the BWNW Platelet Immunology Laboratory within 24 hours of collection. Information on specimen label should be an EXACT match to the information on requisition.

Storage Location: DO NOT SPIN BLOOD. Samples must be kept at ROOM TEMPERATURE. During business hours, notify the Send Outs department when samples are received. After hours, send the bagged sample and requisition DIRECT to BWNW (921 Terry Ave) via Delivery Express courier. The samples must reach the Platelet Immunology Laboratory within 24 hours of collection.
