Note: Please allow a minimum of 72 h after starting or changing a dose before drawing a Posaconazole level. Draw trough level 30-60 min before next dose. Microtainers and gel separators are unacceptable.
CSF is also not an acceptable specimen. If CSF is indicated, please order a miscellaneous test communication to send to Fungal Laboratory at UT.
