Container(s): Dark Green/Sodium Heparin, Grey/Fluoride oxalate, Red, Gold SST, (acceptable but not preferred: Lt. Green/Mint Top Lithium Heparin, Lt. Green/Li Heparin Microtainer, Gold Microtainer)
Preferred Vol: 3 mL
Minimum Vol: 1 mL
Note: To limit exposure to air, fill tube by injecting blood through the stopper. Dark Green/Sodium Heparin tube recommended for fastest results.
Do not cleanse the sample draw site with alcohol or other volatile disinfectants. Use only aqueous disinfectants.
