Specimen: Whole Blood

Container(s): Red, Gold/SST, Dark Green/Sodium Heparin, or Lt. Green/Lithium Heparin

Preferred Vol: 2.0 mL

Minimum Vol: 1.0 mL

 

Note: Lavender/EDTA samples are NOT acceptable for this testing. Send the sample(s) to the Main Lab ASAP. Serum or plasma must be separated from the cells within TWO hours of collection.
