This sendout order is only available for BMT and Hem/onc providers. Orders will be reviewed by hematopathologist prior to sending. If you would like flow cytometry performed at Seattle Children’s Laboratory, please contact hematopathology and do not place this order.

Note: Deliver with other collections to Children's Laboratory. For bone marrow and peripheral blood testing, Lavender Top Tubes are acceptable, but not preferred.

Note: For CSF Send-Out: Cells in CSF are extremely fragile. RPMI should be added in approximately 1:1 ratio before sending out for additional testing. Send Outs will contact Cell Markers Lab to add RPMI (or prealiquoted RPMI also available in Histology refrigerator).
