Storage location: Deliver entire specimen in original container to CPA refrigerator, FrigB bucket.

 

Off-site collection:  No preservative required. Mix the primary container thoroughly and aliquot into a 15ml falcon tube using the appropriate aliquot label. The aliquot must be added to the transfer list for testing at main campus. Send sample refrigerated. Unspun sample is required for processing.
