  • human Metapneumovirus, hMPV (nucleocapsid)
  • Rhinovirus, RV (5” UTR)
  • Influenza A, FluA (matrix)
  • Influenza B, FluB (matrix)
  • Respiratory Syncytial Virus, RSV (matrix)
  • Human Parainfuenza virus type 1, hPIV1 (hemagglutinin neuraminidase)
  • Human Parainfuenza virus type 2, hPIV2 (hemagglutinin neuraminidase)
  • Human Parainfuenza virus type 4, hPIV3 (hemagglutinin neuraminidase)
  • Human Parainfuenza virus type 4, hPIV4 (hemagglutinin neuraminidase)
  • Coronavirus (CoV) subtypes OC43 (ORF1ab)
  • Coronavirus (CoV) subtypes HKU1 (ORF1ab)
  • Coronavirus (CoV) subtypes NL63 (Spike)
  • Coronavirus (CoV) subtypes 229R (ORF2ab)
